At A Flash Flood of Gear, we stand by the quality of our electronics. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific electronic item from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
