This is a super cool made in Japan vintage Yamaha SG-90 that plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of a mahogany body and set neck with a rosewood fretboard and the pickups provide a very warm and full tone. The SG-90 was one of the earliest iterations of this style SG body shape, paving the way for guitars like the SG1000, SG2000, and SG3000. These rarely come up on the market for sale! 

This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The binding has also yellowed and worn from over time and the hardware shows normal tarnishing. The frets still play great and the electronics work as they should. 

The pickguard is missing, otherwise this guitar is original.
